Treatment of the following infections caused by bacteria sensitive to cephalexin: Infections of the urinary tract in cats and dogs (such as nephritis and cystitis). Cutaneous infections (pyoderma) in dogs, including skin fold pyoderma impetigo, folliculitis, furunculosis and cellulitis.

Dosage	15 mg Cephalexin per kg bodyweight twice daily (equivalent to 30 mg per kg bodyweight per day): for a duration of 14 days in cases of urinary tract infection; at least 15 days in cases of superficial pyoderma; at least 28 days in cases of deep pyoderma.To achieve this dosage, administer: Cats and dogs one tablet of Rilexine 75 per 5 kg bodyweight Dogs only one tablet of Rilexine 300 per 20 kg bodyweight one tablet of Rilexine 600 per 40 kg bodyweight Rilexine tablets are well accepted by cats and dogs but may be crushed or added to food if necessary. In severe or acute conditions the dose may be safely doubled.
