Important Notice When Purchasing POM-V (Prescription Only Medicines – Vet).

We take our responsibilities very seriously and hope that you understand and appreciate that there are checks that we need to carry out in order to supply you with the products that you need.

We will not supply any POM-V products until we have a valid prescription from a registered Veterinary Surgeon. You will not be able to proceed to payment until such a prescription has been uploaded. All prescriptions are checked by a Vet/SQP/RAMA prior to any goods being despatched. There is a legal requirement for the surname on the prescription to match the surname on the order. Any difference will mean that your order will be rejected and a refund will be given.

It is illegal for anybody to tamper with a prescription or falsify information on a prescription. If it is suspected that a prescription has been tampered with, we are obliged to report it to the VMD and will do so.

In uploading and proceeding to payment you are confirming that you have read, understood and agree to the above notice.

Important Notice When Purchasing POM-VPS/NFA-VPS Medicines

We take our responsibilities very seriously and hope that you understand and appreciate that there are checks that we need to carry out in order to supply you with the products that you need.

A veterinary medicine classified as POM-VPS or NFA-VPS may be prescribed by any Registered Qualified Person (RQP – a veterinarian, pharmacist or an appropriately qualified SQP.) A clinical assessment of the animal(s) is not required when prescribing these categories of veterinary medicines and the animal does not need to be seen by the prescriber.

However, sufficient information about the animal and the way it is kept will be needed before you can check-out in order to prescribe and supply appropriately.
