Cephorum Tablets For Dogs is a prescription-only medication. This means that before you complete your purchase, you are required to upload a prescription through our online portal. Once our team has confirmed you've ordered the right medication for your dog, we will send out your order. It's a simple process that means you can buy Cephorum Tablets online instead of going to your vet every month.
Cephorum Tablets for dogs are administered orally twice daily, and dosage is recommended according to body weight as follows; 1 tablet for body weight 12 to 18 kg, 2 tablets for body weight 18 to 32kg and 3 tablets for body weight 33 to 50kg.
Treatment should be given for five days, but this can be extended or shortened at the discretion of your veterinary surgeon. If an increase in dose is required and/or if use will occur on animals under 12kg body weight (i.e. puppies), then these modifications must go through a risk/ benefit assessment from a responsible vet before proceeding.
Do not use in cases of known hypersensitivity to the active substance Cephalexin.
In rare cases, vomiting, diarrhoea and hypersensitivity can occur. In cases of hypersensitivity reactions, the treatment should be stopped.
As with other antibiotics, which are excreted mainly by the kidneys, accumulation may occur in the body when renal function is impaired.
Do not use in rabbits, gerbils, guinea pigs and hamsters.
In case of an allergic reaction, treatment should be withdrawn.
Do not store above 25°C. Protect from light.
